SECTION 18 – PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE WAIVER

 

For all our product testers who receive the product for free, we have the full ownership for the tester’s feedback. All photos and videos will become the property of AutoLight Systems, and can be edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute for any lawful purpose.

 

If you redeem the product coupon as a tester, you waive any right to inspect or approve the testing pictures and videos. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

 

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 7 avenue Marcel Proust 75016, Paris, FRANCE.

Two-year Limited Hardware Warranty

AutoLight Systems warrants that your AutoLight Systems hardware product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.

 

REMEDIES

 

If a hardware defect in the Product arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, AutoLight Systems will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair the Product at no charge with a new or refurbished components or (b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 calendar days, whichever is longer.

 

OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICES

 

To obtain remedies under this Warranty, AutoLight Systems must receive your claim before the end of the Warranty Period. You also must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging to the address specified by AutoLight Systems. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the device to AutoLight Systems. By sending the Device, consumer agrees to transfer ownership to AutoLight Systems. AutoLight Systems may not return the original device to consumer. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, AutoLight Systems shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement device to the Consumer.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

 

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Product that was purchased from an authorized retailer or sales channel. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification. Without limiting the foregoing, the Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) AutoLight Systems products and services other than the Product, (b) Product that is, or AutoLight Systems reasonably believes to be, stolen, (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (d) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by AutoLight Systems or with improper voltage or power supply.

7-DAY RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from autolightsystems.com for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

 

  • Returned product(s) must be in the same condition that you received.
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • All return must be authorized. To authorize the return, please contact our customer service at contact@autolightsystems.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of your delivery date.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 8-10 business days of AutoLight Systems’ receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

 

If you have the tracking but didn’t receive the package, please feel free to contact us in 2 months after the expected delivery date. We would help you to track and find the package. If the request is received 2 months after the expected delivery date, we are sorry but we cannot check with carrier anymore. No refund or replacement would be given by this case.
